We have worked closely with many building departments and formed positive relationships to expedite our designs through the system. Manufacturing - Universal Structures has a +/- 10,000 SF manufacturing facility located in Florida. The facility contains the state of art equipment such as press breaks, shear and roller machines for cutting sheet metal for the fabrication of canopies, buildings and fascia systems. Welding styles such as TIG, MIG and stick are also used on the formation of steel beams and columns. Shipping and Installation - Universal Structures maintains its own trucks to ensure safe and on-time deliveries of all our products. This fleet of trucks and trailers have unloading equipment making onsite deliveries a simple task. Universal Structures guarantees all materials furinshed are as specified on the appropriate designed drawings when installed onsite by our experienced field crew. The company owned cranes and scaffolding equipment is at the crew's disposal every day for the safety and efficiency of each installation. Maintenance and Warranty - Universal Structures is capable of servicing what we produce. We conduct field measures and repairs throughout the United States. Universal Structures can provide a quick turnaround to get the client back in business after problems arise. Universal Structures also provides a one-year (1) warranty on all of our products from the date of service.
